Avast me hearties! One of the greatest point-and-click adventures of all time has hit Apple's App Store in the shape of Monkey Island 2 Special Edition: LeChuck's Revenge for the iPad and iPhone.



The side-splittingly funny pirate-themed adventure has been given a complete visual overhaul, as well as a fully voice-acted script compared to the 1991 original. You take the role of the hapless Guybrush Threepwood, solving puzzles in an attempt to save his love Elaine from the clutches of the ghost pirate LeChuck.





Complete with full touch-screen controls, it makes for a pretty big download whichever platform you grab it on. You're looking at 148MB for the iPhone version and 348MB for the iPad version, so I wouldn't recommend grabbing it over 3G. But I would, wholeheartedly, recommend the game itself.
